Namesake provides a baby naming tool. A one-time payment of $24 unlocks the tournament feature. There is no subscription and no recurring charges.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
- One account per person.
Acceptable use
- Personal use only.
- Do not attempt to scrape, automate, or abuse the service.
Payment and refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. For refunds, contact hello@namesake.baby.
Intellectual property
- Name popularity and related data are sourced from the U.S. Social Security Administration (public domain).
- Illustrations are generated using AI (fal.ai).
- Your tournament data belongs to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Namesake and its operators provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if greater, fifty U.S. dollars). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
